An empty flat photographs worse than a furnished one, and moving real furniture in for a photo session costs more than the shoot itself. Virtual staging solves this on a photo you already have: furniture and decor are added digitally, in a style that fits the flat, and the image comes back the same day if it arrives in time. The photo always states that the staging is virtual, which is exactly what makes it useful rather than risky.

Delivery the same day
If the photo arrives before 2 pm, Monday to Friday, the furnished image goes out that same day, always with the virtual staging notice visible.

€25 per virtually staged photo, no minimum number of photos or properties and no subscription. If you are on the €249 a month agency plan, staged photos count within its 30 edited images. Virtual staging does not replace a real photo shoot of the property: a room can be furnished on an empty photo, but it is still empty on the day of a viewing, and that is always told to the buyer. Prices exclude VAT.

What is virtual staging?

When is virtual staging worth it?
On an empty flat for sale or rent, on the show flat of a new-build development, and on a flat that is half furnished or under renovation.
How much does it cost?

Can you tell it is virtual?
The image always carries a visible notice that the staging is virtual: it is never hidden from the buyer, and no real defect of the property is hidden either.
Is there free virtual staging?
Free automatic furnishing apps exist. They are often faster, but do not always respect the real perspective or light of the room, and nobody checks each image by hand before delivery. Here every photo is reviewed one by one before it goes out.
Can it be uploaded to Idealista?
The image is always delivered with the virtual staging notice visible. Each portal sets its own policy on edited photos, and we cannot state here what Idealista does or does not allow: only that our own image always says what it is.
Does it work on a flat that is already furnished?
Virtual staging is built for an empty or half-furnished flat. If the flat is already furnished, normal photo editing is usually what is needed, not new staging.
