There is no public rate for this service yet: it depends on the size of the home, the number of rooms and where it is. Send me one listing and you get a fixed price the same day. Several at once works out cheaper.

Questions about virtual tours.
How is it different from a property video?
A video is watched, and it goes where the person filming decided to go. A virtual tour is walked by you, in the order you choose, and you stop where it interests you. For a buyer who is far away, that difference is what makes them book the flight.
Does the house have to be emptied?
No. It is filmed as it is, with the owner's furniture. All that is asked is to tidy away what you would rather not see: washing on the line, papers, a bucket.
Will it work on the portal I publish on?
You get a link and the embed code. Most portals accept one or the other. If yours accepts neither, it goes on your own site and the listing links to it.
Can an empty house be furnished digitally?
It can, and it is always delivered marked as a computer generated image. A digitally furnished house that is not declared as such ends in a complaint, and it is not worth it.
How long does the shoot take?
One morning for a normal home. A large villa or a house with grounds can take the whole day.
What if the property sells?
The tour comes down whenever you say. While the property is listed, it stays online at no extra cost.
