HolaStudio is the video and photography activity. The website, SEO and technical upkeep activity is HolaClics, and they are two different things.

What data this site collects

None. This site has no accounts, no basket and no comments.

There are no tracking cookies, no advertising and no audience measurement. Loading the page makes no request to any third party server: the typefaces are hosted here, not at Google.

The contact form sends nothing to any server. It composes a WhatsApp message that you send from your own phone, and what you type never leaves your browser until you press the button.

What happens to what you send me on WhatsApp

What you write to me on WhatsApp is stored by WhatsApp, not by this site. I use it to answer you and to prepare the quote, and for nothing else.

I do not sell or pass on data to anybody. If you want our conversation deleted, say so and it is deleted.

Storage in your browser

This site stores one single thing in your own browser: whether you have dismissed the notice offering the other language, so it is not shown to you again. It is not a cookie, it never travels to any server and it disappears when you clear your browser data.

The images on this site

The photographs illustrating this site are stock images: they come from Unsplash, served through Lorem Picsum, under a licence allowing free use including commercial use.

They are not HolaStudio work, not client premises and not real properties belonging to any agency. They illustrate, they do not prove, which is why none of them carries a business name in its caption or is presented as an example. Examples of work are sent on WhatsApp.

The one exception is the examples page, and it is stated next to each image there: the four photographs in the before and after comparison are two home photographs released into the public domain (CC0) on Wikimedia Commons, with a link to their source record. The one on the left is the file exactly as published, untouched. The one on the right is the same file put through our treatment. What is demonstrated there is the treatment, not a commission: these are not client homes, we did not photograph them, and no window blown out in the original file has been filled in.

The icons, the logotype and the drawings are still made for this site.

The files I hand over to a client are theirs, for their own communication, with no time limit and nothing more to pay.

People appearing in a shoot sign their authorisation beforehand. Without a signature, their face is not filmed.

Prices and terms

The prices shown on this site are in euros and do not include applicable VAT.

Every job is confirmed in writing before starting, with what it includes and what it does not. What the quote says prevails over what is written here.
