How the filming works.
We talk for twenty minutes
On WhatsApp or in your shop. I look at the place, the light coming in and what you actually sell. The written quote comes out of that, before anything else.
I film half a day a month
One morning. You stay open, I do not build a studio and I do not take over your floor. Filming before opening works too.
I edit, grade and subtitle
Colour, sound and burned in subtitles, because almost everyone watches with the sound off. If a piece also goes out in 16:9, it is edited in both formats rather than crudely cropped.
You get the files
In one folder, numbered, with a suggested posting order. They are yours, for your own communication, with no time limit.

Three months because one shows nothing: the first is filming, the second is learning what works in your street, the third is repeating what worked. From the fourth month on it is month by month.

How long does a shoot take?
Half a day, about four hours. That is what it takes to get eight different pieces that do not all look alike, and it is short enough not to swallow your day.
Do I have to prepare anything before filming?
That the place looks the way you like it to be seen and that the product is ready. Nothing else. I bring the rest, and anything in the way gets moved on the spot.
How many videos do I get?
Eight a month. You decide the split: six vertical for social and two in 16:9 for the website and the screen in the shop is the usual one, and it can change from one month to the next.
Do the videos include subtitles?
Yes, burned into the image and at no extra cost. Almost everybody watches with the sound off, so a video without subtitles loses half of what it says. In English too, if your customers are.
Do I have to close to film?
No. I film with the place open, in the quieter hours. Nobody is recognisable without having agreed to it, and the premises, the product and hands at work can all be filmed without a single face.
Do you only work in Torrevieja?
No. I travel at no charge to Torrevieja, Orihuela, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar del Segura, Rojales and Ciudad Quesada. The rest of the southern Costa Blanca we look at and agree before starting.
Can I book a one off job?
Yes. A single shoot, an opening film or a piece for one campaign are quoted separately. The monthly formula is better value if you are going to post every month, and worse if you only need one thing once.
What if I cannot film one month?
The session moves within the same month. If it does not fit, it carries over to the next one and is not lost.
