The verticals
A leaning wall makes a big room look small. They are straightened one by one, not with an automatic button that warps the edges.
The light
Blown out window and dark living room is the usual photo. It gets balanced so you can see both inside and outside.
The colour
Yellow bulb, blue tiles and a terrace in the sun are three temperatures in the same listing. They get matched.
The order
Photos are delivered in the order the house is visited, not the order they came out of the camera. It is free and it changes how the listing reads.

Photography questions.
Do I have to give you the photos?
You can, and it is the usual way. You send me the material and I send it back retouched within 72 hours. If you would rather I went and photographed the property, that is quoted according to where it is.
Can you remove objects from a photo?
What is in the way and adds nothing gets cleaned up: a bin, a cable, a sign. Nothing is added or removed that changes what is being sold, because that stops being retouching and becomes something else.
Do you do virtual staging?
Furnishing an empty flat digitally can be done, and it is always delivered marked as a computer generated image. A staged image that is not declared ends up as a complaint.
Blue sky on the facade shots?
If the day came out grey, it can be done. It is stated on delivery and it is not overused: a different sky in every photo of the same house shows immediately.
How soon do I get them?
72 hours from receiving the material. In high season you can ask for a rush on one particular listing.
Does it work for rental properties?
Yes, it is the same work. With rentals the deadline is what matters, which is why the commitment is 72 hours.
