Do you post on my account?
No. I deliver the files and a suggested posting order. Posting is yours, so you never depend on me to do it on the day you want and you never hand me a password.
How many Reels come out of one shoot?
Half a day yields eight different pieces that do not all look alike. If you want more, we film for longer rather than cutting the same thing into slices.
Do I have to appear in the video?
Only if you want to. It works very well when the person serving appears, but the place, the product and hands at work can all be filmed without a single face.
Do the videos include subtitles?
Yes, burned into the image, and in English too if your customers are. A vertical without subtitles loses half of the people who see it.
Do you guarantee views or followers?
No, and be wary of anybody who does. What can be guaranteed is the piece: well filmed, well edited, subtitled and delivered on time. The numbers depend on what you post, when, and how consistently.
Does it work for Google Business and TikTok too?
Yes. It is the same vertical file. Google Business accepts video and almost nobody around here uses it, so it shows there more than anywhere.
