How a restaurant gets filmed.
We look at the menu and the hours
Which dishes you want shown, which day the light comes into the room best, and when the kitchen has a quiet service. Twenty minutes on WhatsApp is enough.
Kitchen during a quiet service
Plating, hands, flame and steam get filmed between services, in nobody's way. It is half an hour of kitchen and it yields several pieces.
Room and terrace at the right hour
Dining room laid before opening, terrace when the sun is low. Customers are not recognisable unless they have said so beforehand.
I edit, subtitle and deliver
Colour, rhythm, music and burned in subtitles. Within a week you have the folder with a suggested posting order.

690 € a month, or one shoot quoted per job
The monthly formula is eight pieces a month for 690 €, with a three month commitment, and it is the better value if you post every week. A single shoot for an opening, a new menu or the start of the season is quoted separately, and that is usually what a beach bar wants.

Do you film inside the kitchen?
Yes, and that is half the interest. Kitchen, plating, dish on the table, dining room and terrace all come from the same day. The kitchen is filmed during a quiet service, with one camera and nothing else, so nobody is in anybody's way.
Does it get in the way of service?
It should not. I film alone, with no heavy lighting kit, in the hours you choose. If I am ever in the way, we stop and carry on afterwards.
Can customers appear in the video?
Only if the place allows it and nobody is recognisable without having signed for it beforehand. A full room is suggested very well without showing a single face.
How many dishes can be filmed in a day?
Between six and ten, if the kitchen sends them out one after another. It helps to choose them beforehand: the best sellers and the best looking are not always the same ones.
Do you also do menu photography?
Yes. The dish shots are also delivered as high resolution stills, for the menu, for the booking portal and for Google Business.
What about music? Can my Reel get blocked?
The music I use is licensed for commercial use. If you would rather use a trending Instagram audio, the piece is delivered without music so you can add whichever you want inside the app.
Do you only work in Torrevieja?
No. I travel at no charge to Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar del Segura, Rojales, Ciudad Quesada and the villages around them. Further out we look at it before starting.
