You send me the listing
Address, square metres, what is good about it and what you would rather not show. That already tells me how long it takes and what time of day to go.
I go to the property
A walkthrough in the order the house is visited: entrance, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, terrace and views. Never the order it came out of the camera.
I edit in both formats
The long walkthrough in 16:9 for the portal and your website. The short version vertical for Instagram and for sending on WhatsApp.
Delivered within 72 hours
From the moment I have the material. With rentals and in high season the deadline is what decides, which is why it is written down.

Are the videos vertical only?
No. Vertical works on social and on WhatsApp, but for the portal and for your own website a 16:9 walkthrough gets watched better and for longer. If both are needed, both are edited.
Do you do aerial shots?
Quoted separately, because it depends on flight permission and on where the property is. On the coast and in urbanisations it can usually be done; in a closed town centre, almost never.
Can you film an occupied property?
Yes, and it is normal with rentals. What is shown gets filmed and personal things stay out. It helps to warn the tenant a couple of days beforehand, and that is all.
How long from when I call you?
The shoot is almost always fitted into the same week. From the moment I have the material, delivery is 72 hours.
Does it work for holiday lets?
Yes, it is the same work at a different rhythm. With holiday lets it matters more to show the whole house, the terrace and how close the beach is than the square metres.
Can I send you footage I filmed myself?
You can. Send me the video and the photos and I will send them back within 72 hours. If you would rather I went to the property, that is quoted according to where it is.
Is there a lock in?
No. It is month by month and you can stop whenever you want, with no notice and no penalty.
