You take the photos
Landscape, at chest height, every light on and the blinds up. We send you a sheet of six tips that fits on a phone screen.
You send them to us
By WhatsApp, by email or with a WeTransfer or Google Drive link, at original quality. One folder or one message per property, with its reference.
We edit them one by one
Light and windows, verticals, matched colour across the set, a blue sky if it was grey and the small things that should not be there: cables, bins, a tea towel on the tap.
They come back the same day
If they arrive before 14:00, Monday to Friday, you get them the same day. Later than that, the next morning. In the order of a viewing and ready for idealista, Kyero and your website.

No subscription and no minimum: you pay for the properties you send. Virtual staging of an empty room is 25 € per photo, and the image always states that it is virtually staged. If you are on the 249 € a month agency plan, the photos you send count within its 30 edited images. Prices exclude VAT.

What do you not edit?
What is being sold. We do not remove damp, a crack, power lines or the building opposite, and we do not change the view. We edit the photo, not the property: a listing that overpromises is paid for at the viewing.
Is a phone photo good enough?
Yes. Almost any phone from the last four years gives a raw photo good enough for a portal. What decides is how it is taken, which is why we send the tips sheet.
Can virtual staging be published?
Yes, labelled. Every staged photo carries the words “virtual staging” on the image, and we also send back the empty photo so the buyer can see both.
What if my photos arrive after 14:00?
They are delivered the next morning. At weekends and on bank holidays, the next working day.
Does the free trial commit me to anything?
No. Five photos, once per agency, no card and no subscription. If they do not convince you, nothing else happens.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to reply and to send your photos back. We only send offers if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
