Developments in pre-sale
Before the first stone, we photograph the real surroundings: the street, the walk to the beach, the school, the supermarket. It is what a render does not show and what a buyer living abroad asks about first.
While the development is a fence and a render, the only thing that moves is the site. We photograph it every month, dated and from the same points; then the show flat and the communal areas; and finally the finished building, which replaces the renders. One schedule, tied to the pace of the build, not to the pace of marketing.

For developers selling off plan who need to show something more than a render.

One visit a month, always from the same points, so progress shows from one photo to the next. It reassures buyers who have already reserved and are paying in advance for something they cannot see.
Pool, garden, entrance and show flat in the same light and the same colour, for the website, the brochure and the portals.
The finished building, photographed and filmed. It replaces the renders on the website and becomes the proof that sells the next development.
On the first visit the progress framings are chosen and noted. They are repeated every month, so the series reads as a story and not as loose photos.
Every progress photo and video carries its month. Anyone looking at the website knows where the build stands without having to ask.
Spanish Royal Decree 515/1989 requires housing advertising to match the real features of the home and to say whether it is under construction or finished. So site photos are delivered as what they are: dated, and never retouched to look like the render.
Vertical for social media, horizontal for the website and the sales office, high resolution for the brochure and crops for the portals.
It depends on the number of site visits, whether there is a show flat and how many unit types are photographed. Tell us what stage the development is at and we send a fixed price in writing. Photos the developer already has can be treated within the 149 € a month plan.
See all the pricesThe photographs on this site are stock images, not client work. Examples of what I make are sent on WhatsApp, chosen to match what you sell.
HolaDomus and HolaStudio belong to the same publisher. HolaDomus builds a development's own sales channel: the website in five languages, lead generation and the source of every enquiry. HolaStudio makes the photos and videos that channel publishes. Each is hired separately; if you hire both, the photo schedule is set together with the publishing schedule.
We have worked with Engel & Völkers, RE/MAX, Grand Paris Groupe, Daniel Féau (Paris, 5th arrondissement) and Groupe Pichet. We name them because it is true, without logos or results figures, which we have no permission to publish.
I live and work here. Nobody has to pay for a trip and nobody has to wait for a diary in Alicante or Murcia to line up, which is why I can film tomorrow.

Torrevieja, Orihuela, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar del Segura, Rojales and Ciudad Quesada, with no travel charge. The rest of the southern Costa Blanca we look at, and we say so before starting.
With the expected handover date and whether there is a show flat, we send you a visit schedule and a fixed price, in writing.
