How it works
How a rental home is photographed.
The house is prepared
Beds made, towels out, blinds up, nothing personal in sight and the pool clean. I send you the list a week before.
The time is chosen
Terrace and pool in the good light, the interior in the most even light. That is why a home takes a few hours to photograph, not twenty minutes.
What the guest looks for is photographed
Every bedroom with its bed, every bathroom, the equipped kitchen, the terrace, the real view and the parking. No wide angle that turns a corridor into a living room.
Delivered in the order of the visit
First the photo that opens the listing, then the house as you walk through it. Ready to upload to Airbnb, Booking and your website.

Fixed price before the shoot
It depends on the size of the home and whether it includes video. Tell me how many bedrooms it has and where it is, and I give you a fixed price in writing. Travel is included in Torrevieja, Orihuela, Guardamar and Rojales. If you already have photos, they are treated within the 149 € plan: a single month, no tie-in.

Registration and keys, with HolaOwners.
HolaOwners and HolaStudio belong to the same publisher. HolaOwners supports owners who live abroad: it checks the tourist registration number, keeps the keys and opens the house to a professional on the day it is needed. HolaStudio takes the listing photos. They are hired separately.

Do I need to be there on the day?
No. Someone only has to open the house. If there is nobody in the area, HolaOwners, from the same publisher, keeps keys and opens up for a professional.
Are the photos any use if the home has no registration number?
The photos are; the listing is not. In the Valencia region and in the Region of Murcia the tourist registration number has to appear in all advertising for the home. It is worth checking before you publish.
Do you retouch the house to make it look bigger?
No. Light, colour and verticals are corrected, but nothing that is there is removed and nothing that is not there is added. A listing that promises too much is paid for in the reviews.
When is the best time?
Before the season, with the pool full and the garden tidy: these are the photos people will see all summer.
