A real estate photographer's price is not a single number: it changes with the type of property, whether video or a virtual tour is needed, the delivery time and the area. This page gathers what actually moves the price, the price table already published on the prices page, and seven questions to compare two quotes without guessing what each one includes.

Six factors decide the final rate of a session, and it helps to know them before asking for a quote.
Video and the 360 virtual tour
Either can be booked alone or alongside photography on the same visit: the price adds up, it is not calculated twice over.
Delivery time
24-hour delivery is the standard published here; a faster turnaround is a different kind of job, at a different cost, elsewhere.
Editing and virtual staging
Normal editing is included in the photography session; virtually staging an empty room is priced separately, at €25 a photo.

A flat, €49; a house, €69; a villa, €99, plus VAT, with no travel cost in Torrevieja, Orihuela, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar, Rojales and Ciudad Quesada.
Video is added if needed
From €150, filmed on the same visit as the photography if asked beforehand.
The 360 virtual tour is added if needed
€89 up to a flat, €149 for a villa or a large unit.
A monthly plan is chosen for a live portfolio
€249 a month, no minimum term, for 30 edited images and 4 videos, for the agency publishing every week.

How to compare two quotes.
How many images does the session include?
Ask for the exact number: a quote with no stated number of images is an incomplete quote.
Is editing included?
Here it is, in the session price. Always ask: separate editing changes the final price.
What is the delivery time?
24 hours is the time published here. A longer wait is not necessarily cheaper: ask the price of the turnaround you actually need.
What usage rights do the photos carry?
Here the photos are yours, for your own marketing, with no time limit. Ask about this: some studios license a limited period of use.
Is there a travel cost?
Not here, in Torrevieja, Orihuela, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar, Rojales and Ciudad Quesada. Outside that area, it is quoted and stated before starting.
Does the price include VAT?
Here prices are published excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive amount in brackets where it applies. Always ask: comparing a VAT-inclusive price with an excluding-VAT one is not comparing the same thing.
What happens if the sky comes out grey in the photos?
Here the session is repeated at no extra cost if the result is not fit to publish. Ask about this: not every studio includes it.
